2 subjects to go before the end of midterm exam.
unfortunately I get bored before the end.
and you know, a bit stifling tonight.
maybe this is why I feel bored.
no, no. don't blame the weather.
u'll get mother earth mad at you.

by the way, tomorrow I have one subject to shot.
so I do what-someone-who-will-do-the-exam-thing.
I study....

after the shocking-enough moment I couldn't sleep (for a while).

lazy song

hooobaaahhhh...
after having one week mid term exam, now I have 3 days free on the weekend.
kinda 'woohoo' days. I can stay away from those bloodyhell lecture subjects (for a while)
kinda relax day, isn't it?
I suggest you to play bruno mars 'lazy song', so you can feel it.


relax day means 'nothing to do' day, so I do nothing useful! hell yeah...
pathetic isn't it. hell yeah I don't care.. LOL


sometimes 'do nothing' is an important thing to do.
find something new (even if that seems useless), just for refresh your mind.
do something stupid can stimulate your brain too (tell'em I said that).


by the way, are you curious with what I've done on these 'nothing to do' days?
I won't make you to say yes, but hey, who cares?


so this is what I've been doing on these 'nothing to do' days:

yes, that's it. I play 'Perjuangan Semut' all day long (actually as long as the internet connection is not on throw-it-away-to-trash-bin condition).
kinda fun to play this with your friends. even more when you can beat'em all, LOL


oh, one more thing, when I write this, I haven't take a bath at all. double LOL.
told ya, sometimes 'do nothing' is an important thing to do.

jealousy

sometimes I jealous with their achievements...

kadang gue berpikir. why I can't be like them?. gue sebenernya bukan orang yang, dalam hal ini katakanlah, ambisius. I thank God for what I've got. much or less. tapi sebagai seorang manusia yang emang selalu ingin lebih, kadang gue suka jealous (in positive meaning) sama orang2 di sekeliling gue dan anak2 muda di luar sana. in a young age they've made so much achievements. akademik dan non akademik.

ya gue sadar sih akademik gue gak bisa dibilang bagus2 banget. tapi masih di atas garis 'kemiskinan' lah. tipis. hhe.. jadi ya, waktu ada kesempatan buat cetak achievements dan di situ ada syarat IPK minimal sekian. gue mental. gue gagal di syarat yg pertama sodara2. *give applause

having achievements itu semacam kepuasan tersendiri. such a pride. gue pernah ngerasain. ya, walaupun gak sering n gak besar2, tp gue juga pernah lah punya achievement. dan emang bener, it makes you feel better n more confident. and sometimes, it's addictive. iya, ketika berhasil meraih sesuatu kadang kita pengen nyoba lagi dan lagi. so fellas, use achievements for ur 'drugs'.

seperti yang gue tulis di postingan gue sebelumnya, bahwa bahagia itu sederhana. jadi, buat seorang yang jarang dapet achievement, bahagia adalah mendapat achievement biarpun itu sesederhana lomba balap karung 17an tingkat RT. efeknya sama kayak menang penghargaan di grammy awards atau nobel prize. it's pride fellas.

dan ternyata setelah gue flashback, gue gak ngenes2 banget. dulu gue pernah ikut lomba2 biarpun gak menang. lomba baca puisi, lomba sinopsis, gue juga pernah menyandang predikat juara 2 lomba balap kelereng. hadiahnya itu ompreng hello kitty warna pink. gue juga pernah juara 2 lomba baca qur'an tingkat RT yang hadiahnya jam dinding gambar ka'bah. dan gak lama jam dindingnya rusak. gue juga pernah dapet ranking 1 di kelas. tuh kan, dulu gue gak ngenes2 banget. hhe..

as time goes by, gue berusaha coba mengerti bahwa achievements itu juga rejeki dan setiap orang punya rejekinya di jalannya masing2. mungkin rejeki gue gak sama kayak yg lain. mungkin di tempat yg lain, mungkin di waktu yg berbeda dan mungkin dengan besaran yg gak sama. gimana pun juga, besar atau kecil, semua rejeki harus disyukuri.

gue percaya kalau rejeki itu ada di 'tangan' Tuhan. jadi, kalau mau dapet rejeki kita mesti cari 'tangannya' Tuhan dulu. God rewards from the effort. mungkin gue emang belum berusaha semaksimal yang gue bisa, jadi hasil yang gue terima gak se-wow yg gue bayangin. Tuhan itu Maha Memantaskan. kalau mau dapet hasil yg 'wow' maka pantaskanlah usahamu untuk hasil yg 'wow' itu.
